Visited the restaurant during a trip to Paris as it was near our hotel. The vibe was bad from the moment we walked in. There was a man who appeared to be the owner and one waiter who was rushed off his feet. The service was extremely poor, in honesty we should have left immediately but stayed in the hope... More

The lunch menu is limited, and the quality of the card is fine, but absolutely nothing exceptional compared to nearby good bistros. Average is a better description than "very good"

It is located nearby Louvre Museum. But there are few tourists and crowded with local people. Food is so delicious. I recommend lunch course. You'd better have lunch here after touring Museum.

Very welcoming atmosphere and nice typical entree-plat-dessert formula if you want to eat and relax after a visit at the Louvre. Friendly service and lovely atmosphere.

Very nice restaurant, good location near le louvre and the seine. There is an evening menu for 25€, you can choise from 3 starters, main courses and desserts. Really good quality. A la carte dishes looked good ad well. Very friendly staff, the owner creates good atmosphere. Strongky recommended!

We had a wonderful dinner with four children ages 8 to 15. The serve was impeccable and the food was outstanding. The wine list was approachable and had a wide range of options. We would highly recommend a visit after a day spent visiting the museums.

We arrived actually before they opened for dinner, but enjoyed a glass of wine on the sidewalk first. The food inside was great, although the service was a bit slow. It think the delays were due to some type of private event taking place in the back that was pulling resources from the main dining area. Still I would definitely... More

We ate here while out sight seeing. It was a nice place with very limited vegetarian options. We had their French onion soup which was really sweet and Penne arrabbiata which was under seasoned. Overall the food was average but the service was pretty great.

The maitre de salle was really nice and kind with us which in Paris is a surprise. The place is very small but very nice on the corner next to the Louvre. We had a dinner with the terrine as an entree which was very tasty. Than the sirloin steak with roasted potatoes and the pork chips with fries and... More

What a pleasant evening! We were early so we sat outside and people watched as we enjoyed a glass of wine. I inadvertently touched the rail of a door that rolls down when the restaurant is closed. The result was black grease all over my hand. I went inside to find the toilette but the pleasant waitress insisted that she... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighbourhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
