Absolutely amazing pasta! A bit pricey but worth the money. He owner is a real character - absolutely authentic. My favourite in Paris to eat Italian.

My wife and I went to Fulvio's on a Monday night at 10:30pm, and it was basically packed. Fulvio, the owner, was running the house. He speaks perfect English, but won't let on unless you ask. He's from Sardinia, and his food is Sardinian. He...More
Went here one night cause it was local and looked interesting. You can't find a restaurant owner with more passion for his food anywhere on the planet! Fluvio wants you to "close your eyes and experience" the first bite . . . he truly cares....More

If you are craving pasta, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Fulvio's restaurant. The extensive and amazingly varied menu (more dishes than seats) is not something to be looked at--it must be performed! And Fulvio himself does so with brio. The origin of this, that...More
