If you want to eat crepes in Paris this is the place. If you go in a french creperie you will notice that crepes are not like in other countries. You will be disappointed from the crepes, but not in Breizh cafe. Here the crepes are fabulous with organic ingredients and very very tasty. First time that i eat in... More

This cafe popped up on three different "must try" foodie lists found in my research prior to the trip--including one from an issue of Conde Nast travel magazine. We arrived to find a line out the door. We didn't wait long before being placed at a community table in the storefront next door. It was a small block table that... More

In our two weeks in Paris, this was one of our go-to spots. The galettes and crepes are fantastic, full of fresh ingredients, and you could come here for a month straight and never order the same thing. Combine that with a list of locally-produced ciders to wash it all down? Yes please. The staff is also extremely helpful and... More

We wanted crepes and we were told to go to the Breizh Cafe. We went and we are very glad we did. We are not crepe eaters back home, however we wanted to try them since we were in Paris. My wife ordered the Apple Flambe crepe, I had the Chorizo crepe. Both of these items were to be shared... More

This is one of many French cafes that serves the Brittany style crepe from buckwheat as well as the alcoholic cider. The number of choices of crepes both savory and sweet is astonishing. We weren't blown away by the taste or anything but it's a fun spot to visit especially if you are in the neighborhood. I probably would not... More

We read a review about Breizh and went by our first day in France. There was already a line (maybe three groups of people waiting) and that was enough to deter us that day. When we finally made it to the restaurant we were not disappointed. The crepes are traditional buckwheat and amazing. When you're in Paris you splurge-- no... More

Luckily was squeezed in without a booking, glad we were! Galettes were amazing. We had both sweet and savouries, I preferred the savouries. The veggie with egg and artichoke was just delicious. All washed done with great cider. Would definitely go back.

After seeing rave reviews, we decided to try out their famous crepes. The restaurant was a few minutes walk from Picasso Museum. We ordered two savory ones and one sweet one. The "Complete" was fine, nothing outstanding or memorable. The "Bretonne" was excellent. My 9 years old love her sweet one with ice cream. She almost licked her plate. Overall... More

We were here May 2015 on our Paris vacation. Superb buckwheat galettes, organic, quality ingredients and Bordier butter. Need I say more? You absolutely must eat here, atleast once. And come hungry to be able to enjoy both savory and dessert galettes/crepes. They are rich, delicious and filling, yet it is hard to stop eating! The service is friendly if... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
