This restaurant was fully booked when we arrived and they could still deliver a high service. Bread and water was always refilled when empty. This is a classical restaurant and both food and wine was to my liking. I really enjoyed the dish of foie...More

I just have to respond to another reviewer who slammed this place and then said he preferred fast food. People like you, sir, should not write reviews of fine dining restaurants. Is Lozere overpriced? Probably, yes. But the food is perfectly prepared and the service...More

I visited here for a business dinner and did not read the reviews until afterwards. I very much agree with the reviewers who give three stars that whilst the food is OK it is overpriced for the portions and quality. I had the asparagus salad...More

The restaurant positions itself in the top price class (EUR 67 for a starter and a main course is extremely high) ... this sets the high level of exceptions, which unfortunately has not been met ... ok, the food is very good and innovative and...More

I went there once with my SO, it was a very romantic moment. We had very good food, very well presented and the service was 5/5. I highly recommend it for a fine dining for 2.

I had lunch there on recommendation of another local chef. It is an expensive restaurant, and I did not want to commit huge budget at dinner time, in case it was not to my liking. When I arrived, there was nobody to greet me, but...More

This restaurant has firmly chosen its camp as a fine dining spot. The indoor patio is very pleasant in the summer and all the hallmarks of the posh restaurant are on display. The service is suave and professional. My friend found the beef cooked "sous...More

La maison de la Lozère is a gastronomic landmark in Montpellier. The menues are basically a haute couture take on tradition. You'll find fresh local products presented in deliciously daring moves, mixes and twists. The aligot servings are generous and unlimited, magically knitted into your...More

Wonderful dinner in a real gastronomic restaurant, situated in a 17th century courtyard. Interesting menu, relatively expensive but worth it. Portions are exquisite but on the small side, but no worries, the signature 'aligot' ( mashed potatoes with cheese mix, unbelievably good) fills you up...More
