We had a tea and two cakes here last weekend, which were all excellent. Nicely decorated restaurant. The music playlist was not bad either. The owner was very friendly and we had good service throughout our visit. We are French speakers, not sure if that made a difference. Many clients were local and I guess they will not come here... We came to Toulouse at the beginning of December 2015. We were walking down from a Christmas Market I noticed So British. It looked as a nice place for a cup of tea and some cake. We sat outside. The waiter appeared after 10 min since we sat at the table, we asked for selection of scones and tea and... More

We booked for a Sunday morning for three people plus a baby... despite reserving well in advance, they didn't let us know that they couldn't supply a high chair. We were practically the only people in there - still, the service was slow, the food was greasy and expensive (19€ for brunch which was the only thing they would allow... More

Extremely disappointed. Me & my husband stopped here for a "british" experience as the name suggests. Fish & chips delivered cold had to ask them to warm them up. Only about 5 chips on the plate and they were frozen potato wedges, fish was clearly frozen and was very dry. Overall Terrible and extremely disappointing. As for the tea, no... More

We had lunch here when visiting Toulouse. Food was average and slightly overpriced. Reason we picked theam was because of the outdoor seating and that's probably their main asset.

I will start by saying that the shop is conveniently close to the Esquirol underground station. The decoration is nice although little too girly for my taste. What i enjoyed the most was the luxury of clean and roomy toilets. Service was slow and frankly not very competent. The menu advertises a so called exceptional blue mountain jamaïcan coffee; It... I had the single worst customer service experience that I have ever had in a restaurant in So British on Friday afternoon the 25th of April, 2014. A middle aged woman with blond hair who I believe is the owner or manager went to great lengths to be as rude as possible to me and my wife over a very... More

So amazing ! Thanks to all of the staff, the pole danser waiter with tellement de repondant ! The blond cute manager with all of her ex husband qui la fatigue, et THE brunch copieux a souhait ! Nous reviendront tous for futures adventures !

For the price (19EUR) the brunch was really poor. We were 4, not enough butter, toast counted. we were not looking for abundance, but for sure it was not a reasonable quality - quantity ratio. And quality for sure not! Think about it!

Stopped off for a quick coffee at So British while in Toulouse for a few hours. Wouldn't return. Coffee was undrinkable. A small tip for the owners: a cappuccino in the UK (and in Italy, and everywhere else in France) is made with espresso and foamed milk, not filter coffee and whipped cream. Vile.
