We have been here quite a few times when we visit friends who have a boat moored opposite, this resturant is where most of the people who stay on there boats eat . Nice and relaxing just outside of the old city with a large outside and indoor eating area plenty of choice on the menu with a daily plat... More

Good local food and also outside dining close to Yacht Basin. It has been here a long time and we go often. It is consistent and good food and the owner is always there to keep an eye on things.

Stooped by for lunch on Monday. Great service, great food. Play du jour was very good. A little more expensive but worth it.

Good spot for lunch in Antibes. I had the veal liver with bernais sauce accompanied by matchstick fries. It was tender and delicious. My companions also enjoyed their choices. Wine included for 14 euros. Can't beat it!

Warm welcome, the room lacks a bit cozyness but it is compensated by the great service and excellent food. We enjoyed the octopus salad, a great bottle of Chateau Minuty Rose and then had several fish main courses, sea bass grilled, turbot in meuniere sauce. All extremely well cooked and seasoned. A safe address for excellent food and service. For... More

We've been going there for lunch for years - good value locally, reasonable quality, friendly service from the owner and numerous waiters. Service is quick, 99% of the time, food tasty and perfect for lunch away from the office. Casual and popular. Best place to go on the seafront in Antibes - there are others on the strip but we... Very good place to eat amongst a raft of awful tourist traps. Seems to be family run. We arrived there having given up on the rude, rip off, lager lout impregnated offerings around Antibes Port. I had the seafood risotto, which was a black ink concoction and delicious. Good wine too, well priced. Full of locals having a good time!

I've had the pleasure of spending time at Le Transat on many occasions since 1988 when it first opened. It is rare that any restaurant manages to stay at the top of its game for such a long period of time, but this place does it effortlessly. Relax and enjoy your meal on the generous Terrace, or in the elegant... More

We visit Antibes twice a year and Le Transat is a must for us. I personally know little about the menu. I have on every occasion Chateaubriand with a friend, and the ladies have courgette flower, duck or fish. Always perfect, well presented, friendly service. Their Sancerre completes our wonderful dinner. Cannot fault it..........
