My mom and I stopped by for dinner. The owner is friendly, the staff are kind, and the food is delicious. We each ordered a "pasta of the day" and ended up coming back the next night. It's a great spot in warmer months because they have outdoor seating between the medieval buildings. Would definitely recommend.

We had a large party of eleven people and the food, wine and service was excellent. I loved the staff they laughed with us, made suggestions and were very accommodating. The kids had various pizzas and all claimed they were fabulous. The adults could not stop talking about the rose wine for days, I wish I took a picture of... More

Really enjoyed our meal, the atmosphere and the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had dinner our last night in Eze and this was a great choice. We had lunch the day before and the pizza was good. Dinner was even better. Would recommend to anyone!

When you come in there and they give you a table were to sit they offer a tiny sandwich for you not to be able to leave. It is overpriced. We were waiting for 50 minutes. My wife had a risotto bolognaise which was white rice soaked in half a litter of tomato sauce that had just been brought in by the cook... 35 minutes waiting for a table to be free but at the very last moment another group got the table because the 2nd waitress decided to allocate it to them. When asking why she could not tell before so that we could go to another place, she was yelling and telling low voice insults.

We recently spent 3 nights in the medieval village of Eze. There was only the ultra expensive hotel restaurants and La Traverne open for dinner. Early in the season. We tried La Taverne the first night and never went anywhere else. We could have gone down to the newer part of town, but we fell in love with this place... More

Food was good- the best we had in Eze, but that is not actually saying a whole lot. Staff was super nice. I think if you like seafood, you'd be super happy (we don't).

This restaurant is a great destination in the beautiful village Eze. What we loved about the place is that the owners are cooking and presenting every plate plus the cozy interior and arches. Food is very tasty, we were a group of 15 so we ordered pasta, pizza and risotto and we shared everything. PS : Pates à la bolognaise,... More

We had a fun and filling lunch - three pizzas between four was too much for us and we took the rest away in a box. The food itself was nothing special, although we were hungry from our walk up from the station. It's the ambience though that's worth the visit (if you like that kind of thing) - vaulted... More

fun small Italian restaurant 25 steps from Chateau Eze. Good inexpensive rustic Italian food. When the lights went out the chef, this little woman banged some pots and blamed Isis!
