Absolutely delicious food. I had the cheese "fondue" with vegetables. Sounds boring but it was anything but...both the vegetables and cheese were unbelievably good.

This place was very well built, to impress their clients. The place is a single experience itself. Beautifully chosen, it's a cave-like saloon, with cozy underground chambers decorated with whine bottles. Gorgeous. The service is really personal, with all help to decide about dishes and wine harmonisation. few people working, but very efficiently. The food was good, not awesome. We... More

A cozy little spot with probably a couple of hundred different bottles of wine lining the wall of the tiny dining room that is in a subterranean room. They have a true sommelier - the family at the next table asked for a wine list, and he nicely responded, "I am the wine list." As somebody who doesn't know much... More

It's a running joke in my family that in the US or abroad, I will always choose the cheese plate appetizer or dessert, but this was the first time I've had the ability to make cheese my entire meal. Although I had read several reviews, I didn't understand that they were going to hand me a knife and plate, take... More

My husband and I arrived at the restaurant without a reservation as they were opening for the night. We were lucky to get a table! The cheeses are amazing the wine pairings were perfect and the service phenomenal. My husband had the pork which was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. We shared a cheese plate and I had a... Fantastic service, even better wine and food . Managed to book a table for two for the same day which was great as we were only in Nice for a couple of days . We had the Mont d'or and a bottle of the Sancerre but unfortunately didn't have room to sample the desserts so we will definitely be returning.

Looking for good food, good wine, good service? Look no further. Of course you'll have to like cheese but if you don't you should probably leave the country.

We visited this place on recommendations from friends. We didn't have a booking but arrived not long after it open so got a seat but this placed fill up very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English and were able to help with the menu. ( an English menu provided) The restaurant is like a cellar/cave under the ground.... More

Don't be fooled by the entrance, I called in early in the morning as the door was open and the team were taking delivery and planning the days menu. The restaurant is down in the old cellars and provides a charming ambience. Having read many positive reports we were really eager to see what it was like. The food is... More
