Put in window seat with swarm of bluebottles in the window. My son would not eat there, so I asked to move tables. Rough Brit woman told us we couldn't move even though the restaurant was empty. Told her we weren't staying and she said "suit yourself". Only went in because it was pouring down. I have been there before,... More

We stopped at the pizzeria on a cool misty day after visiting Mont Blanc. We were stopping well after the lunch hour and were a group of 14. However the owners agreed to serve us, but could only prepare pizzas and crêpes. The pizzas were delicious as were the crêpes we had for dessert. Our salads were fresh with a... More

Not sure of why there are bad reviews of this place. Went here twice during my stay with a group of 7. They welcomed us, seated us well and served us with friendliness. Food was great (there is a food fired pizza oven), drink was good. I'd go again when in the neighbourhood.

We tried to get in some swanky looking joint round the corner (I forget the name), but they were fully booked - so we settled for Le Pitz. And I'm glad we did! Good food (Steak one night, Pizza the second). Good beer. Good service. Good value. Don't let the other reviews put you off, this is a decent restaurant,... More

We ate here because the place we wanted to go to happened to be closed. I ordered spaghetti bolognese. It wasn't anything special but it was edible and it filled the hunger. The staff seemed fine, we had no problems here.

A group of 7 of us visited Le Pitz twice in the same holiday because it was so nice the first time, the staff were very friendly and the food was spot on. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting.

Catering for seven, with top food, a range of beers on tap and attentive and friendly service, you know a restaurant is good when you go back next after night. What's better after a long day on the slopes than having something hot and spicy in your mouth. The peppered rump steak was to die for and their Nutella crepes... More

I wasn't expecting much when our group arrived at the restaurant but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the helpful staff who were happy to accommodate our large group.

Where do I begin... The staff in Le Pitz are very rude and unhelpful. I arrived less than 5 minutes after my group and was immediately told I could not sit at the table. I was on my own and forced to leave the restaurant. The lady running the restaurant was incredibly rude and I would not give this place... More

Friendly, jolly, happy. This is one restaurant that certainly ISN'T the pits (despite the name)! We had a great time, including a few moments when a fuse blew and the entire restaurant cheered. Back on in seconds, but it shows the mood they generate that people don't care about the lights being on, they're having such a good time.
