Topnotch food, fantastic service by all waiters, beautiful decor and once again the BEST food in Chamonix. We had a 3 course meal each of which every course was just perfection. Wine selection fantastic with spot on recommendation by waiter. Restaurant really busy so book early to have the best culinary experience ever. Thank you so much for a fantastic... More

Very bad experience. I am not a negative person so will start with positive things. Good location, nice mountain style decorations that make place look cozy especially on a cold winter day. Nice and friendly staff and quick service. BUT mediocre food that does neither look nor taste inviting. Not cheap on the top. Very rude manager! We ended up... More

First time in my life, after visiting many places around the globe, we received such a pathetic service. We booked for dinner at 9 pm and arrived sharp. The non-values recepcionist provided acces to people that arrived late than us. We request an explanation twice and the sole response was "if you want to diner here you have to wait... More

Varied menu, also includes regional specialties like raclette, pierrade, fondue. Lovely decor. Didn't see many French visitors, mostly US or U.K. (i.e. very loud conversations all around.) Very friendly staff.

We booked to go to La Caeche for a meal with family and friends (a group of 4 adults and 3 children) on the recommendation of the receptionist at our hotel and ratings on tripadvisor. We weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The walls and ceilings were adorned with interesting artefacts which made for a great game of... More

A real atmosphere. Always busy (so book before you turn up) we enjoy trying local foods and enjoying their great wine list. As a large group we always buy magnums or Jeroboams, both of which they have plenty of options

Busy, popular, traditional French cuisine in the centre of Chamonix. Great for local dishes - the fondue was excellent. Cosy inside feel with large basement area. The perfect place for a family meal after a day on the slopes.

We stopped here for lunch on the recommendation of a friend. It's a very pretty place on the inside if somewhat old world alps and probably quite appealing on a snowy cold night. On a warm bright sunny Spring day however it's a bit heavy. My two friends had a salad while I had the Menu Savoyard for 28 euros.... More

I had the duck which was tough and over cooked. My husband had version of beef stew and was very good. The seating is tight, have a resevervation and the price was a bit high.

We went with friends and were seated at a separated very quite part of restaurant while the general areas seemed quite crowded and noisy. There was a queue in entry, reservation is must. The decorations and museum-like hall upstairs are quite interesting to see. Found the menu not so simple on menu options for a combination for 1 person but... More
