Great new place, moving fast to an expected success. The cooker is young (24) but has imagination and new tastes flourish in our plates. Ravioles of langoustines, carbonara of chipirons, apple mix as dessert, but also the chicken fillet from bresse, etc .. I will come back to follow his improvements, as he must find some to be part of... More

We came here on a Saturday night for a dinner experience (Epicurean menu). We were a big group of people, with a majority with multiple experiences in Michelen Starred restaurants, in different countries. What is following here is to be contextualized for similar tier restaurants, of course. The food and wine were all very good, with some really exquisite dishes.... More

We had around 5 courses of meal and I would say that perhaps only two to three are worth it. In particular, we love the duck dish which was well balanced with other ingredients although the duck didn't have seasoning it was complimented by the red wine reduction. We also liked the seafood dish which was well constructed, the elements... More

The restaurant looked nice and clean. However, the foods are tasteless. The service is poor. Not worth the Michelin star.

We went yesterday June 30th for a business dinner. While Lyon keeps surprising me, this restaurant has been my greatest surprise. The staff has been very friendly and very willingly explaining the menu in English and very enthusiastically providing suggestions and recommendations. I had the poulet with truffle, which was excellent simply. Combined with the great wine, delicious. Very happily... More

We had tasting menu chosen by the chef with lots of courses and amuse bouche. We loved it. In a city renowned for its food, this must be up there with the best.

This restaurant is certainly worth a visit. Attentive service all the way. knowledgeable staff. Good winelist, and fair prices. The food was very well presented and tastes were exellent, altough I must admit that around 60 grams of meat for the main-course left me wanting more (it was however very good). The well-stocked cheese trolley made up for it though

I might be biased because I like games so much and with pigeonneau as a starter and Cerf as main course I was pampered. Anyway, this is for me one of the best value for money in Lyon, nice wines included.

I visited La Rémanence to experience a Michelin rated restaurant for the first time and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent and not to expensive for la menu degustation. The wine was a little pricey however very good and well matched to the relevant course courtesy of the well trained front-of-house team. The service was impeccable and very... More

We know this restaurant from before they got a Michelin star: great ambiance, food, service. A great dining experience. What happened? The dining room is still beautifull, but the food not remarquable, the service completely disinterested. I have never before been dissapointed by Michelin starred restaurants. Now I am!
