We dined at Au 14 Fev. last week with some friends and were very impressed with the food and service. It is a very small restaurant with about 12 seats so reservation is a must. The menu is a set menu and the only choice for us was if we wanted wagu beef or not. We decided to take the... More

Ideal perfect Japanese set up and care for detail .. with French gourmet and sommelier attitude. The 6/8tables allow customer intimacy ..enhanches flavour and brings the chef creativity to a very high level. Success was fatal ...you need to plan and be patient to find a table ...not to mention on February 14 ..but of which year? Never the less... More

Tiny restaurant up a cobblestone alleyway. A warm welcome started a lovely relaxing lunch which was full of delicious surprises. A real twist of Japanese and French fusion. There are only 2 tasting menus and the only difference is the choice of main course. A 3rd menu is the sommelier's wine pairings. Highly recommended. Attention to detail was impressive. Truly... A great experience. Different to all the other restaurants in Lyon we tried. Wonderful food. Laid back and yet formal at the same time. Just relax, tell them if you have any allergies, then enjoy it. But do book well ahead and turn up on time. This is a slow meal which takes time to savour. Don't expect a quick... More

Having read a lot about this restaurant before visiting, including reviews on this site, we decided to visit for a Saturday lunch to celebrate our anniversary. We left the restaurant extremely satisfied with every aspect. Service was friendly, the ambiance was perfect for a romantic meal, the courses were well paced, and the food was both interestingly diverse and incredibly... More

I'm on a five days' trip in Lyon and I chose to have my first dinner at Au 14 Février Vieux Lyon based on its one Michelin star and the many good reviews I'd read. I wasn't disappointed. There's a no-choice menu at 87 euros except that I could have changed my main course from duck to Wagyu beef with... More

The 8 course dinner is one of the most amazing and memorable gourmet experiences that I have ever had. The combination of textures and flavours is pure art and the wines served with each course complement the dishes perfectly. The service is discreetly attentive and charming and the atmosphere is calm and romantic. Exquisite.

This French cuisine restaurant is operated by a team of Japanese that deliver impeccable service as if you were in Tokyo. The food is excellent, but the quantity of the set menu a bit of an overkill and the place lacks this je-ne-sais-quoi of French atmosphere. Last, the price is high at over 200 euros for two.
