Very friendly staff. Food tastes good. Ingredients are fresh. Fish was amazingly fresh. An interesting Wine Menu brought us to discover some good Austrian Wine. The only critic was that the Wine bottle was not opened in our front. That can not happen and it...More

Dear RuiPedroGaspar, great to read that you had a good time at our restaurant. I would like to refer to your consideration about the "open bottle thing". This wasn't an inadvertence at all - it is my intention. First of all it is my aim...More

Our meal at Broeding was, by far, our best meal in Munich. We opted for six courses with wine pairings, and we were not disappointed. Each course was even more incredible than the last, utilizing unusual (and local) ingredients (smoked eel from a local lake!)...More

Lamb and calf menu. Well balanced flavors with non Austrian ingredients. Not being a friend of Austrian wines the recommended Pinot Noir was a sensation. Light and with many layers on the palate. A place to have a decent conversation with the owners and great...More

Description
No freedom of choice - and that's a good thing. Manuel Reheis offers a wonderful menu every evening at the Broeding. As a gourmet all you have to do is to decide whether you want to go for the five or six course meal. Why not try out the vegetarian menu which is offered the first Wednesday of every month? There is a great selection of wine which comes manly from Austria and is offered from one of the three sommeliers. The dining area has simple white tables, a green tiled bar, wooden furniture, warm lighting and bottles used as decor. In the summer it is possible to dine outside at the leafy courtyard.
