Visited on business with two colleagues and we were all happy with our food and the draft beer of course. The superfood salad to start was delicious (for something healthy!). The duck main course was also great, with crispy skin. Service was efficient but could...More

My wife and I stopped here for lunch after walking through part of the English Garden. The lake is beautiful and the food is good and reasonably priced. The beer was good as always!

The food is very good. I can recommend the Wiener Schnitzel. The staff was very friendly. It's really worth a visit.

We popped into the beautiful beer garden at seehaus to have a drink whilst visiting English Gardens. The view over the lake was lovely, staff friendly and beer cold! perfect for catching up with family or friends on a sunny afternoon. Would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed a lovely beer in the shade. Great location. However, the Gents toilets were filthy. The lady at the door just sat there, couldn't be bothered. The floor was dirty and slippery with water/pee. My friend said at least the ladies' was okay: if...More

We are very sorry for your experience! Unfortunately there is OUR toilet inside, and a public toilet outside. The ladies managing the public rooms sometimes have a hard time to keep them in a condition one would expect in a civilized world. But it is...More

Had few beers and local food. Currywurst was great with sauce and that odd soft cheese ball with huge salty brezels were also great. Only thing that really got my mood down were two guys who served beer. Mocking and being just plain rude to...More

We apologize for any unprofessional behavior by anyone in our team. No, IF there was no misunderstanding due to the language barrier, please be assured that the men filling the mugs all day, are used to not being addressed in German. We have people from...More

Wonderful location right on the water. Very relaxing to sit and watch ducks, boats, and people. With a little patience, easy to get a waterside spot even on a busy weekend afternoon.

We were extremely lucky to find a table without reservation on a sunny day and with direct view on the little lake. But don't count on it - in fact most places outside the building are free seating only. The food was as to be...More

A friend and I were bicycling around English Garden for much of the morning so when it came time to eat, we headed for the Seehaus -- because we had seen the sign for stucklefish, the whole fish cooked on a stick. We weren't disappointed!...More

The restaurant Seehaus in the English Garden lies at a picture-perfect location directly on the banks of the Kleinhesseloher Lake. It has been in the portfolio of Kuffler's since 1985. Every guest will be delighted to find his own favourite corner in the diversified atmosphere of the rooms presented at the Restaurant Seehaus. The spacious versatile pavilion caters for all guests' requirements. Enjoy breakfast on the border of the lake, and in the afternoon home-made cakes and tarts wait to be served. And in the evening the Pavilion dresses up for cocktails and dinners, for weddings and birthday parties. The bright restaurant offers its guests a pleasant privacy with its niches and round arches. Bright wood and large-scale photos from cattle returning back down to the villages from the mountain pastures brighten up the Bayerisches Stuberl featuring a typical, stylish tiled stove. Under the roof a pure high banquet room was created. It can be optionally used as conference room, ball room, Ladies Lunch Location, just to mention a few of the options - it is beautiful and exquisite at all times. The Seehaus is surrounded by spacious terraces and the beer garden known for its Mediterranean flair. In the kitchen our Chef de Cuisine Christian Muller offers not only classic dishes with a modern touch, but also Mediterranean fish cuisine. Seasonal, regional, home-made.
