This restaurant surprised as it was not your typical "Germanized" Chinese restaurant, where everything is swimming in sauce and where everything tastes the same. Perhaps this one comes close to the Chinese restaurant we've been to in Asia. We started with the usual hot and sour soup and we all thought it was nothing special. Then, we shared an order... More

Great Chinese food. And we know Chinese food. We got wonton egg noodle soup, sautéed greens, and stir fried chicken and noodles. Our hotel provided silverware, plates and wine. We had an exceptional dinner.

Prizes are quite good. Food is spicy, but not too much for us. Vegetables seemed a bit old and overcooked. Meat was ok. All in all, ok, for a change.

After you have exhausted your capacity for wursts and all the rest of it, change culinary direction and head for Hong Kong - except no need to go quite that far, because Ni Hao is as close to HK cooking as you will get anywhere in the West. Forget the trumped-up Chinese restaurants which serve what they think we can... More

Decent selection of food in the old town city center, very close to department stores. Price is medium, good for lunch.

I have been living in Nuremberg for a while and always visit this place with my family. They offer really good and authentic Chinese food, especially spicy food. The place is not fancy for business dinner but I don't feel it a problem for a family to sit down. But if you are looking for European or American version of... More

It looked clean, it was clean, the food very top notch with pleasant staff. I had the duck with vegetables and it was delicious. Thumbs up from me :)

I've avoided Chinese restaurants outside China for years expecting them to be of the USA take-out variety. Viscous and salty. Using msg as an excuse for flavor. Based on the other reviews and the Cute name we tried this from our hotel. It was awful. Inedible slop prepared by uncaring chefs and served by a sullen and dirty woman. Other... More

We ordered Fish with ginger & spring onion and Pork belly with sesame oil and garlic. Both dishes were refreshing with mild chilli. I asked the waiter if she was from Shanghai as the food is not Cantonese. She said that they were from near Shanghai. This was the most authentic Asian food we've had in Germany and Austria out... I was here twice. The first time during the Interzoo 2014 Messe, so it was very crowded. The second time I was passing by with my family, so it was not so crowded. The food was always good and so was the service.
