Superb brewery and restaurant. Full of locals, no tourists. Beer is excellent and the meals are very good value. Likely need to book as it was as full as tic.

Great setting in a back room with fireplace. Modern. Not Germany quaint. Food quality was awesome, but service was slow. Waitress forgot to come by after drinks where served to take our food order.

Friendly staff; restaurant accommodates dogs. Large menu, very well priced and all freshly prepared. Large beer vats and vessels everywhere add to the authenticity. We sat downstairs which was loud with large parties. Much quieter on the 1st floor with smaller tables and secluded rooms. Many German staples along with some lighter and even vegetarian options. Good choice for a... More

We stopped into Dinkelsbuhl for a quick visit on our way our of Rothenburg. Walked around the town a bit and stopped into their local brewery. We sat at the bar. Very friendly service and good beer.

We sat outside and enjoyed wonderful beer and great food!! So glad we stumbled upon this place while driving through the town!! It's a little bit off the Main Street, but so so worth it!

Restaurant located in an historic building with onsite brewery. Food (local cuisine), beer, atmosphere and service perfect. English spoken. Apple fritters for dessert highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

Dinkelsbuhl has plenty of restaurants in the centre but this one is slightly tucked away but well worth searching out. As stated it brews two of its own beers both of which we really enjoyed. Its attractive, rustic and cosy with very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us, such great service. Its popular so get in... More

They brew two beers: helles and hefeweizen. Both were really good, rich in flavour and aroma. Food was also really good and super value for money.

This is the place to eat if you want any choices for dinner besides pork, beef, etc. There are 6 vegetarian main dish offerings plus salads, in addition to the usual German fare. They also have a commitment to locally sourced ingredients and minimizing eco harm. Also great atmosphere! They brew their own beer! What else is there?
