This restaurant specialises in local food and beer. I had a selection of small portions of food and similarly of the local craft beer, 3 x 20 cl. I was very happy and wish I hadn't left my visit till the last day.

In the midst of asparagus season, offerings were diverse and very well prepared. Pretty pricey though, as the only dinner restaurant associated with the hotel. Excellent service.
