I was there on a week day evening and we had to queue for a little while but once we sat down the service was very quick. Nice atmosphere and great food with healthy options. Recommended.

Always come back to Monsieur Vuong to get the taste of freshest and tastiest Asian food in Berlin. Don't be surprised with the menu, which is rather small, but choose from the daily options of the chef.

I have seen this place recommended in a lot of places, so we had to go and try it out. They don't take reservations, but we only needed to wait for 5 min or so. We got seats at the counter and it looked like people sat quite close to each other also at the tables. The menu was short... More

Nice decor and great service - fun and vibrant place. They have low stools with no backs - so keep this in mind. Great atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our short stay in Berlin. Tasty Vietnamese food. Very crowded but they're friendly and take care of you. Juices are amazing (took twice the Mango one) and fresh. Soups are tasty. Not that much expensive too.

Pros: - Short waiting time - Lovely staff that were friendly and attentive - Modern decor - Affordable price Cons: - Average food (the pho was a little hard, way too much beansprouts and shallots without enough of the pho itself) - Tight seating (had to squish on a table with 4 others, making that 6 in total) Overall decent... Excellent Vietnamese place. Believe the reviews, you won't be disappointed. Super busy on a Monday night and was told a table would be 10 minutes. We only waited outside for 5 minutes :) Only a small selection on the menu but everything was fantastic. Great Vietnamese street food at a very low price - 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 boozy... More

We waited a few minute to get a seat but was worth it, we were served a green tea whilst we waited outside for a table. The menu was small but enough of a range to feel like you had a good choice. Both the service and food was quick. We enjoyed starters and main meals and both were fresh... More

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
