Very nice and modern restaurant, be aware of booking a table in advance for the weekend. We had to wait about 10-15 mins for getting a table- Saturday night. That was fine, the restaurant was fully booked, but the waiter did managed it very well. Service and Food was very quick and delicious! We had a couple different dishes, which is... More

The staff were very accomodating when we asked to change tables even though it was full house. The selfmade icetea was very nice. Food good portions if you want to try different things, food was very tasty. Didn't have to wait to long. All in all a very good restaurant

So I stayed in Berlin for five days - and went to Transit twice. If this place was close to where I usually live it would probably be my go to place. The food comes in small bowls (as well as some larger ones) and doesn't cost a lot (I think something like ~3,5€ each and you want at least... More

Visited here on a pre Christmas market trip - after being fed up of stodgy Christmas market food we hunted for something different - this was ideal. It's a small place, dimly lit by a 'no msg' neon sign. We went on a weekday night but still packed. You order via a paper tick box menu, ideal for selecting bits... More

Lots of tasty little dishes to choose from and it was fairly easy to find from S-Bahn Hackescher Markt. It was quite busy when we went, as it was Valentine's day, but we got a table and the service was really friendly. Would recommend and definitely go again.

Went there for dinner and was very surprised with the different varieties of food. Rations of the bowls are very small for sharing but the big players compensate this (although not a big selection there). All in all a very recommended place if you pass by. You can enjoy different tastes for a small price.

Had a really good meal here with my friends. All of us have lived in Singapore, where Asian flavour is aplenty and all authentic. This restaurant exceeded my expectations with its wide range of fusion dishes and proper flavours. If you're looking for some good gado-gado it's here, and all in nice small portions to share.

Visited on a very cold Wednesday evening. Restaurant busy but we managed to get a table for four people. The menu is a collection of small Asian dishes. You order via a piece of paper on the table by writing down the number of dishes you would like by the corresponding menu item number. Food arrived promptly and was delicious.... More

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
