Fleischerei has been a favourite of mine since a local friend took me there years ago, during a period when I was in Berlin quite frequently and we would visit on almost every trip. I returned on my most recent trip, and I'm happy to...More

We visited Fleischerei to celebrate a family birthday, and had high hopes for the evening. The ambiance is perfect, modern mixed with relaxing candles and lovely table settings. Our waitress was knowledgeable but also very relaxed. The food itself was delicious - I would highly...More

We went here for a dinner as a group. Ok, we were a group of almost 40 people, but we communicated this upfront, so that everything would go smoothly through the evening. Well, that did not happen. Firstly, we were sitting there for two hours...More

A bit out of the way (certainly for tourists) in the old east but definitely worth the trip. The mostly meat orientated menu offers well priced and tasty food. The decor is different (an old butchers I believe) and service was friendly and efficient.

Very good restaurant. Steak was baked very good. Accompaning suggested wine was perfect. Friendly and professional staff. Music was however a bit too loud to my opinion.

Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change
than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists
that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in
the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip
crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were
once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall,
there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have
been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays,
