Please expect when you visit this venue: very good food, high prices, quick service, little space, pushy waiters and owner, share a table, fullness, and leave as soon you are finished so more guests can come and you don't make the waiters and owner uneasy.

Really nice staff! They didn't have a table for us when we arrived, but offered us to wait at the bar. In about 20 minutes we got our table. We ordered immediately, and gout our food quite fast considering that the place was full. The menu hade a wide range of burgers and toppings, also vegetarian. The burgers were very... More

I am recommended about this place by my colleagues and I am glad for this. The choice is good and the condiments they offer with the meal is great. It has a good ambiance and would be ideal place to hang out with your friends.

We are as a couple without a reservation. A table was provided. The restaurant only takes cash- no cards!! This was annoying but there was an ATM a short walk away. We had burgers and a beer. Lots on the plate. It didn't all get eaten but was well presented. I hate to throw food away but couldn't eat it... More

A review is not really necessary as the constant inflow of people into the restaurant should be good enough to tell you how popular this place is. The service is very friendly fast and not too invasive of your limited space. There is a buzz about the place. For me personally burgers are burgers, but I dont think youd be... More

Although we didn't have a reservation the owner gladly accommodated us and seated us outside in the sun. The burgers arrived and they tasted amazing - just what we needed ahead of an evening out. The wine was also really good and very reasonably priced. Would certainly go again. Just take cash with you as they don't accept cards (like... More

Stopped in for a burger, most tables reserved (so might be worth doing), had a great veggie burger and the gf had a Mango chicken burger. Both really enjoyed and would go again.

Staying in Schoneberg

Neighbourhood Profile
In 1963, Schöneberg was the centre of the political west, inspiring John F. Kennedy to choose this area to famously announce, "Ich bin ein Berliner." Times may have changed, but modern-day Schöneberg still pays tribute to its historical legacies. Once the richest city outside of Berlin proper, the area's affluent past is still visible in ornate housing facades dating back to the Gründerzeit of the 19th century, while residents in fur coats walking their dogs or shopping in high-end KaDeWe continue the tradition with a modern flair. Schöneberg was also once the centre of the decadent and burlesque nightlife of the 1920s. It was here that Marlene Dietrich partied with Christopher Isherwood and the first gay bar in Germany was founded. Today, the gay community still revolves around Nollendorfplatz. The overground Ubahn station is even illuminated in rainbow colors, paying tribute to Schöneberg's progressive past.
