This place has stylish but basic design and seating. Staff are not overly friendly, but efficient. When u can eat food of this quality for so little, who cares? This ranks with some of the very best Thai and Vietnamese food I've ever eaten - either in Asia or in overpriced restos in Europe! Big dishes are 7-8€, small bites... More

Saigon Green gets better with every single visit. Their small plates (Kleinigkeiten) are €3.50 each and comprise meats, veggies, salads, and all kinds. From honey fried chicken to papaya salad, dishes are delicious, fragrant, fresh and fantastic. The aforementioned dishes come highly recommended, as do the sweet potato sticks and the spring rolls..Along with the stir fried veggies in hoisin.... More

What you get here is real authentic Vietnamese food. Over 30 dishes, 10 main courses. Tastes so great! Crispy vegetables, tender meet. Minimalistic restaurant. Just go here!!!

Great stuff, and still cheap just like it used to be in Berlin. :) Amazing soups and little starter plates, with both meat and vegetarian/vegan options.

The restaurant appeared cozy, however the customer service was terrible. There are better places to have Vietnamese cuisine in Berlin.

Visited on Friday evening. All the time occupied, but with short queue time, you will get the table. Food is fantastic and prices are very reasonable. Excellent service and very nice staff. For two persons, two apetiziers, main courses, two lassi's (try it !) and o,75 l water: total 33 euros.

Perfectly adequate restaurant -- however, nothing special -- if on a limited time schedule more interesting options abound in the same price rance

We went to both places during our stay in Berlin. Quick service, some if the best Asian food I have eaten anywhere. Portions of the noodle soup are really substantial. If you are hungry but not starving a bowl between 2 with 3 or 4 smaller plates would be enough. Very cheap for a major city but price is no... More

Enjoyed the spring rolls and the duck dish. It is nothing out of the ordinary but I will return when in the area.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
