I was going on a tour that started at the East Side Gallery. I saw some tourists eating amazing looking sandwiches and couldn't believe they came from the snack bars near by as they looked a bit ropey. My intuition paid off as they directed...More

We had a bit of trouble finding this place since it is underneath the metro. However, the location and setup of this place lend it a casual atmosphere that is was enough to make even us tourists feel like part of the city. The food...More

Just at the end (or beginning) of the East Side Gallery, it's a great place to grab some fast food. The place can get busy and it's on a very noisy junction but the staff are friendly and schnitzel tastes amazing! Great lunch spot having...More

Outdoor seating was good to observe locals walk by. My wife and I ordered chicken schnitzels. Dry but crunchy and thin. Chips were bad. Salad and coleslaw was decent. Only visit if you're already in the area.

Don't be put off by the location or the darker interior, because it has really good food at great prices. We can highly recommend the snitz with mushroom sauce, the snitz with chilli con carne and the coleslaw. Thank you!

The place is not for all, definitely. But if you like Kreuzberg area, and this Berlin-style things, you should visit it. The food also simple, but very tasty. All in harmony in this place.

We came across this little gem on tripadvisor. We would never have entered this on our own. Even if we would have, we would probably have turned around after opening the door... Now we ordered two wiener schnitzels and two cokes, took some forks and...More

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of
the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party
hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is
palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter
are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may
find a bar with international crowds, electronic
music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other,
an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit
