Yes, the food is good, but it is little bit loud restaurant. But it is clean (however some sofas are rippen off) and the staff is nice.

I order starters and they come after main course. Kitchen was forget them. I didn`t get any discount starters because i took them. Nachos and cheese was cool down. Waitres was rude rest of the time. This restaurant only want customers money not their happiness.

Just had dinner at this place last night and I have to say I'm rather disappointed. From the look and the location, it's very catchy and inviting. Also because it seems to be crowded all the time so I thought it must be good (yeah, my logic). I ordered a fajitas with beef and a margarita passion fruit while my... More

The decor is fun, like a real 60s diner, and the location in Oranienburger Strasse is great, a nice put stop in between sightseeing. But while the food is fairly cheap (about 10 Euros for a burger with fries and coleslaw for example), the food just isnt that great. The burgers were okay but nothing special but the fries were... Decoration is really US sixties (I liked the benches) and food is strong. I mean nice portion with appropriate gravies. Service was very good.

The food is great, not pricy and more than enough. I really recommend the cookie milkshake! The other milkshakes were great as well.

The positives: the refreshing towels were good and plenty. The rest... food tasted like it's been in fridge too long, killed at least twice and not all of it was warm. I'm sorry to say but it was so bad it was laughable. A waste of money... don't go there..

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
