Very welcoming staff and excellent food. Had the special of perch with shrimp whites wine sauce with rosemary potatoes, and the pizza of the house. Flavours lovely... The pizza had thin and very crispy dough, perfectly spiced tomato sauce and toppings that complemented each other...well. The wine and tiramisu were nice too...sitting outside on the not so busy road was very pleasant. Luckily we arrived early enough to get a table outside- it did get very busy- not surprising, fab quality and good value!More

This restaurant is situated in a suburb of Moabit so easy to miss, however it is worth making a special effort to dine here. I had the pasta with shrimps garlic and chilli which was astonishingly good. Service is helpful and friendly. Food all looks...and tastes authentic and home cooked. Prices are very reasonable. The food was extremely tasty, and the owner Mr....Pino was incredibly friendly and welcoming which makes one feel extra special. First time I enjoyed my meal so much that went back again and it was real surprise Mr. Pino remembered me even after a year and also what I ate and my likings . He offered same ‪#‎Pizza‬ and offered some complimentary side dish as well. They make fresh ‪#‎Tiramisu‬ not be missed. If you love Italian food then this is a must for your stay in Berlin! My wife and I have lived all over Europe and throughout the United States. This is our favorite restaurant. Period. We like this place so much that when were lived in Poznan, Poland, we took the train to Berlin and back, just for dinner. While...the food is always excellent and filling, what really sets this place apart is the hospitality. Over the ten years we've been coming here, the owner "Pino" has treated us like family. Now that we are back in the U.S., we don't eat here as much. Nevertheless, on a visit this past January, "Pino" immediately recalled my favorite dish and prepared it flawlessly, as always. As long as La Tettoia is in business, we will be crossing the Atlantic to dine here.More

Found this restaurant purely by looking around the area local to our apartment. The reviews were good so we thought we'd give it a try. The restaurant was fantastic! The food was extremely tasty, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming which made the...evening extra special. We enjoyed our meal so much that we went back again. Found this place on a side street, and boy the food was authentic. Delicious pizza with a thin crust (the crust could have been a little crispier to my taste, but one could probably ask the chef to keep it in the oven a little...longer). But the toppings and sauce were tasty. And the best Tiramisu I've had in ages. The owner Pino is lovely and courteous. A nice find tucked away in the western part of Moabit.More

Popped into the restaurant based on the recommendations on here. Found the service to be exellent and my pizza was first class. I loved the friendly ambience of the restaurant. Will return next time I'm in Berlin
