So far it's the best sushi I had in Berlin . Its really fresh and tastes amazing. Menu is quite big so you have a hard choice. Mandu and k3 set are the best. Highly recommend ! Also prices are really low for the quality you get.

Is great to have a place where you can taste orinal, with love prepared japanese/ korean food. The staff is kind, asian and makes you feel like you are in a quiet small restaurant in Tokyo. The decoration is not great, but it doesn't matter, becasue you are there for the soups, sushi or my favorite onigiri. Good vakue for... More

I have to admit that I was kind of disappointed after all the good reviews I have read about this place. When me and my friend arrived and sat on our reserved table we got stuck leaning on it because it was so dirty/ sticky. When I wanted to order everything seemed to take ages and because I stood in... This place serves miso raamen - instant noodles - for 5,5. Sushi is below average. Can not recommend to anyone.

I love this place. Their sushi is so fresh and tasty that I could eat there every day. Prices are very affordable too for example 8 California maki pieces cost around 4 €... The miso soup is also super delicious! If you like sushi and you are in Berlin you should definitely eat here :)

i love this place, interior leaves a lot to be desired. best seaweed salad in berlin. Been here so many times, service is boarding on terrible, seems to be oblivious not in spite, be patient and obvious otherwise you might be waiting an hour to be served.

After walking past this restaurant for months, I finally decided to give it a try. I was little suspicious in the beginning given the low prices. My suspicions were unfounded, the sushi was tasty and fresh. The low prices are a major plus. If you are planning a visit to Boxhagener, give them a try. The service is quicker and... More

I'm so glad I found this place just two minutes away from where I live. After so many disappointments in Berlin, this is finally a decent sushi place. The sushi is tasty and made with care, and the prices are cheap. The place looks no-frills so perhaps not exactly the best place for a romantic dinner, but the quality of... More

Staying in Friedrichshain

Neighbourhood Profile
When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
