We were in Berlin for a few days and being Jewish we wanted to see the Jewish quarter and I read a blog extolling the virtues of this cafe - whoever wrote that has strange taste. We were all hungry for lunch, but I got...More

Hidden in the Jewish section of Berlin, this cafe is a Kosher grocery store and a cafe. It has a decent menu for breakfast and lunch. I had the best falafel that I've ever had.

I apparently am only just another person gravely disappointed by the terrible service at this place. I have never felt any worse at a restaurant/cafe than I did here. One of the waitresses was so hostile I wanted to leave the moment I had ordered....More

Cosy small Israeli cafe with somewhat afraid staff with Bee Gees and sweet borsch. Take no cards. Good coffee special with whipped cream and cinnamon stick.

If you are looking for a nice calm terrace for your lunch, this is the perfect place!! We shared a big plate of different kind of Israeli specialties, the Beth Café with cinnamon was gorgeous and so well served. Beware, you won't be allowed to...More

The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets
between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given
