We fell on this restaurant by luck, the idea was at first to look for typical German cuisine but we let ourselves get tempted with Asian food and it was a very good decision. The restaurant wasn't too busy and felt quite cozy. The service was fast, the servers were professional and efficient and the food was exquisite. The menu... More

Delightful and warm welcoming staff, the food is awesome and great portion sizes, cocktails on the happy hour menu are amazing under 5 euros for a huge drink, if you get a chance you must visit this establishment, great atmosphere too 👍 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This restaurant is in a great location, the atmosphere and design is amazing as well. The food came very quickly and was tasty the only thing was wrong was that the staff were a little slow however they were friendly. This restaurant is great value for money!

The cocktails are well priced (the happy hour ones) and taste great. Good size too: larger than regular ones. I recommend the Sex on the Beach. I also tried the chicken skewers dish which is in the menu under Appetizers. It was a very generous portion for the price and delicious. The chicken was moist and cooked really well. The... More

I really cannot fault this restaurant. The staff were very attentive and the food was served quickly once we had ordered, an amazing feat considering how busy the restaurant was. The food was incredible and the portions were more than ample

Loved the Barisal and the creamy Chat Pata soup and the Malaysian samosas were awesome. The chicken Palai kabab was average.

The busiest restaurant we've ever seen, at 9pm on a Saturday in October there were hundreds of people in there enjoying cheap drinks and decent enough food

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighbourhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
