We went here for lunch after a number of recommendations. Easy to find & we didn't have too long to wait on our food. Burgers were great & we enjoyed a side of chips alongside them. Really cool venue for a restaurant, although be prepared for standing around a bit cramped eating your food. Well worth a visit!

This was the best burger I have ever had, and I have had a lot. The meat was fresh and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was brilliant and the chips and cheese? WOW. This is a real MUST if you're in Berlin, it isn't even expensive!

I think this place is constantly packed whatever time you go, but it is worth the wait! One of the best burgers I've ever had, not too hard on the wallet either!

It was just great. A real burger!! A good concept. Not to much choice and No bling bling needed. And for a belgian girl, who's country is master in potato chips/fries,.. they were so crusty!! Worth waiting for in line outside, just have a good chat meanwhile.. 😄

Great little experience. Queue out the door, under the train station amongst all the locals. Very nice burger and fries, and at a very reasonable price.

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Kreuzberg
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighbourhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
