Great atmosphere. Good food. Good beer. What more is needed? Staff is nice. One of my colleagues lost his passport there. They found it and handed it over to the near by police. Recommended.

Visited this historical brewery. Beer + Music and awesome crowd at night. Limited food options, but they were tasty.

It is a very authentic place, with a proper beer hall/brewery feel to it. Located right in the Old Town, it's a bit dark with big wooden tables and long benches, as well as individual tables. Our service was friendly and relatively quick (considering how huge this place is). And the food! Oh my! It was definitely the best, tastiest... More

What a discovery! The opportunity to try a variety of locally brewed beers accompanied with hearty, robust, and delicious food. There is a gothic theme but it partners with the food perfectly. Service was excellent and portion size very generous. I highly recommend.

I came here with some colleagues from work. This is a restaurant come micro brewery. The food is typical german cuisine - Currywurst, pork schnitzel, fish. I had the Bremer Knipp, a local delicacy, made from pork and oatmeal, fried and served on a bed of fried potatoes and onions. It also comes with gherkins. The meal was good and... More

I have been there 3 times. The atmosphere inside is great (reminded us of Harry Potter) and it's in the heart of the city. There are big tables and you can find a spot even for many people on a Saturday night. The music is lovely and there is a dance floor as well. The beer is good and there... More

With a disco in the basement it had its limits and they only served beer or wine. The beer was very nice though. OK for certain types of evenings out.

My perfect place to be on a cold winters afternoon is in a busy bar, with good beer, and my ears filling with surrounding conversations (even if I cannot understand a word being spoken)! We both enjoyed the happy hour beers which for the quality of beer were ridiculously cheap, and the excellent food. I would strongly recommend the Bremer... More

We visited for happy hour drinks (3pm-7pm) where glasses are €2.50, which is brilliant value!! The place was really busy and the staff fairly friendly. We didn't order any food (as wasn't too impressed with the vegetarian options), although seeing the plates go by they looked really good for the meat eaters!
