Coffee was okay, though I felt their customer service could have been better, felt a little rushed out of the shop. While I understand that they have long lines and queues, a smile isn't too hard.

Though I love their roasts and always buy my beans there, I have given up on their horribly brewed coffee. You are not meant to burn your tongue on a cappuccino, it also shouldn't taste burned, same goes for the burned taste of their espresso.
There's a long line every morning, but it moves fast. The coffee is strong and thick, with the aroma lasting till the last drop! I went back almost every morning when I was in Frankfurt! Not to be missed!
Happened upon Wackers while wandering undercaffeinated in the Christmas Market. A long line to buy beans, but a short separate line for a cup. Double espresso excellent, deep but not bitter, great flavor. Went on my list.
Needed a coffee so we dropped in and were really impressed. The first thing we noticed is it was a little busy but after taking that first sip I quickly realized why there was a line up - the quality of their drinks was excellent!...More
Definitely one of the best cafés and coffee shops in Frankfurt (there's also tasty cakes and else there)
We visited Wackers Kaffee on a recommendation from a local in Frankfurt and we weren't disappointed! Very reasonable prices and the coffee was fantastic. We purchased coffee beans to bring home with us and I'm looking forward to brewing some Wackers coffee soon.
Had a coffee here. It was very busy but the queue moved quickly. We sat outside to drink it as inside was full but it was a lovely time
