What more could you want than an excellent welcome from Andreas and superb beers. Had a great time and would definitely recommend. Really worth the effort to go and visit.

Schumacher was conveniently close to our hotel. It fulfills the expectations of an authentic German brewery frequented by locals. Good beer, food and ambiance. Good price quality balance. Only small minus was that for drinks for children the choice was very limited.

This is an awesome beer hall in Düsseldorf Germany. They specialize in Alt beers. The staff is really cool and helpful. And the food was delicious. I had a roasted pork knuckle with mashed potato and sauerkraut, then I had an amazing cream of mushroom soup... then we finished off the night with a German delicacy that I don't know... More

We found this amazing restaurant thanks to the suggestion of the reception boy of the hotel.. And fortunately we followed it because he was right! It is a typical German restaurant, with typical dishes and their own beer.. Also they bring you a beer just when your is over :D the location is very confortable and with honest prices. Definitely... Busy, bustling bar (even on a Tuesday night). Good selection of traditional German food at sensible prices. Excellent beer brewed on the premises. Top quality waiters who really knew their job. Highly recommended

Slightly remote from the center, but authentic brewery serving the local Alt. Great atmosphere, nice local dishes (liked the goulash), friendly staff even if you do not speak German.

We stopped in this brewery as it was highly recommended. The food was good and the atmosphere was lively. It was a good "German" experience.

Good alt served in a traditional bar. Sit and watch the drinks get served from barrels and watch the glasses being hand washed. Nice place to sit fir a few hours, the cheese and pork bread beer snack was good

Having visited Dusseldorf 2 years ago, this a place we wanted to return to. Although the place was packed the host made an extra effort to find us a table. The self made beer is enjoyable, and the waiter keeps on pouring beer until you stop him. The wurst selection is great and so is the wiener snitzel. We concluded... More
