Restaurante Choco, Cordoba. Creation of Kisko Garcia, one of the major representatives of the New Andalusian cuisine, the tasting menus of this one-Michelin-star since 2012 are set to impress. A great balance between local flavours, the richness of Andalusian gastronomic tradition and the flair of modern technique. Some complex ideas executed splendidly (‘the tuna wanting to be pork’ was outstanding),... More

This was something special and why this is not three starred let alone two is amazing. We had the long menu and one of the plates brought a new experience, it allowed me to eat and enjoy foods I would normally never order cauliflower, eel. The service was excellent and the price while high was nothing compared to similar in... More

great meal, we took the long version and enjoyed great service and a truly memorable experience. The only suggestions is they should have a wine pairing menu and a sommelier to help us navigate the wine list and softer lighting. But food wise it was one off the best we've ever had, and we've been to several of the top... More

Returned here after 3 years of repeated Xmas dining. Interesting experience as I had the chance to sample other starred restaurants in town. The menu has evolved, the decor has evolved... but the food remains glorious. Every dish is "round", exquisite, perfect. Wine marriaging perhaps not 100% spectacular and the "barrio antiguo" option I took just shy of the fuller... More

Very good food: be aware that there are two "degustation menu", and no a la carte dishes. Food was really amazing, that is sure. Two negative points to me: first, even if I can eat a lot, the menu was too much at the end and you really hope to see the dessert coming... Second, there were many many dishes,... More

Food was amazing and very inventive. Space was beautiful and austere, you seldom see a purpose built restaurant. Service was formal and impeccable.

From the moment you walk in you're made to feel like a member of an exclusive club. Every detail is cared for. The food was incredible. It was like eating little works of art. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. A real treat! Recommend it to everyone.

As mentioned by previous reviewers this restaurant does have a very plain and modern interior, and a less than imposing exterior, but don't let this put you off. We enjoyed having a drink, and the first three of our courses, in the bar and were already left in awe at the flavours we were experiencing. We were then shown to... More
