Nice Tapas Bar in which you can eat also "a la carte". We had a delicious lamb and a tender entrecote served with potatoes and vegetables. The chocolate soufle was incredible. Staf warm and professional even if not formal.

Today we came for lunch and we have been so happy. Very beautiful Restaurant, friendly and prompt service but over all great food. Salad, fish, pork and deserts had been well-known ingredients served in a modern combination for tongue and eye,.good wine 3 dishes 16€ ....unbelievable fine...we will come for our last evening again. ..👍

Give credit where credit is due. Well you guys deserve mucho credit. (Not all tapas / pinchos / pinxtos are created equal.) Your tapas are fresh and delicious. Your beer is good quality and cold and served in a nice glass. Your wine selection is very good and fairly priced. Your staff takes great care of customers. You work hard... More

I went to this place honestly happy to finally find a place that did not have unrefrigerated, old, crusty tapas on the counter (the norm during my stay - maybe I was unlucky) only to discover that actually eating anything was going to be nigh on impossible. The female waiter seemed friendly as did one of the male waiters who... More

How patient are you? (Or perhaps I should ask, "How 'Spanish' are you?") How long can you wait for that indifferent robot behind the bar to recognize that you exist and to serve you some food and drink? If you are patient--and embrace the buzz and energy of this place--then you'll have a fine time. If you expect eye contact,... More

The food, service and surroundings of Borago make it a very special place to visit. The food (we went for the set menu at 40Euro per person, excluding wine) is truely special and each of the seven(!) courses felt like though and care had been applied. Although I eat at restaurants regularly, Borago is the place where I feel like... More
