Good food! I tried the tortos with picadillo (kind of bread with pork meat), they taste so good and I was so full.

Food taste delicious, price is low. Services and staff is professional, speak some English (they rarely speak foreign in this area). Recommended if you life 500g of tasty steak at low cost.

So friendly, very helpful with English/Spanish. Food was amazing, portion sizes are huge- share everything!! Atmosphere is great, busy time is around 10pm even on the weeknights. Order cider... definitely!! I would come back here many more times!

Very busy lunchtime and evening which is always a good sign. As we are English and eat earlier than the Spanish we had no trouble getting a table in the evening but soon filled up later. Excellent seafood.

Really bad, plays with tourist trying to simulate "the real Asturian experience", very greasy food and regular service, try a normal sidreria out of the town centre instead.

An amazing place to go and eat if you visit Gijon. The restaurant is located very close to the beach and is serving different kind of typical asturian dishes and of course cider. If you decide to go it is better to make a reservation because it gets really crowded. Staff is very friendly and the ambience is really nice.

I really enjoyed our visit in Tierra Astur. We were siting near to the sea. I was amazing. Wind was blowing softly. The dishes were so tasty and amazingly big. Please be aware that you would not eat all the dish. It's impossible. Seafood dishes are spectacular, but we also tried salad and it was jummy. I can recomend you... More

If you are a meat lover and visit Gijón, this is a place to visit. The amount of food they serve on every dish is just incredible, very very generous! It can be crowed and packed, but it is worth the wait! An "Asturian" experience... The ambience and restaurant look is great, very cool! You may want to try dinning... More

After his success in Oviedo, in 2009 Sidrerías Tierra Astur has settled place in Gijon. In the heart of the city, less than 50 meters from the Poniente beach and just a few steps from the Aquarium of Gijón and the Railway Museum arises Tierra Astur Poniente to continue offering its customers to all the good friends of culture and traditional Asturian cuisine. In the known culinary offerings Sidrerías Tierra Astur is now added the coastal flavor of these new facilities, with a nearby city wide and offer our Cantabrian Sea. Dishes made with corn tortos, Asturian meats, sausages and widest selection of Asturian cheeses, all washed down with exquisite natural cider poured in the traditional way, they articulate the cuisine of Sidrerías Tierra Astur.
