Great food and service in a beautiful hotel. I was worried that my jeans and trainers may be a bit underdressed given the extravagance of the hotel, however the matre'd reassured me that my attire was 'perfecto'.

We were lucky to have a food credit courtesy of our travel professional as we were staying at the Maria Christina so we chose Cafe Saigon over the Michelin starred pop-up place next door. The price fixe menu for 2 including a bottle of wine was E84 and included spring rolls, shrimp lettuce wraps, prawns in tomato sauce, and 3... More

Whether you are staying at Maria Cristina or not this restaurant is well worth a visit. The hostess does a first class job and the Chinese chef is excellent. The food is not expensive and the quality is very good. But the best thing was the offer of half portions which meant you could try more choices. What a tremendous... More

If you have had your fill of pintxos, try Cafe Saigon. We had a delicious lunch; local seafood with a Vietnamese flair a winning combination. Service was low key and very professional.

We were very satisfied with our visit to cafe Saigon. Ate two types of spring rolls and a very nice spicy fish curry and Peking duck. Everything was very good in a very nice setting as well in the luxury hotel Christina Maria. Highly recommended if your a bit tired of all the pintxos :)

Went for lunch. The restaurant was located in the Hotel Maria Cristina: just enter the hotel and proceed left - very easy to find. Being Asian spicy food eaters at home, we usually take a break every once in a while during travels to cut through all the rich foods. Really enjoyed the fresh shrimp spring rolls. Ask for Sriracha... More

We wanted something different so we popped in and the food was really good. We had a very attentive staff. Loved the decor and I'd recommend it to others if they were looking for a good Thai restaurant while in San Sebastian.

I was put off by the review below but was so surprised where we ate here. Food was excellent. We had two amazing dishes. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I were looking for a bit of spicy food after two weeks of excellent French and Basque cuisine. The hotel restaurant Cafe Saigon menu looked perfect. Unfortunately it was amongst the worst attempt at Asian food that we have had. Thai style salad was tasteless missing zesty spiciest, the spring roll skin was ok but the filling... More

There used to be a different Asian restaurant at Maria Cristina (Tse Yang) but now Cafe Saigon is the only one. The interior is very nicely decorated and you will receive excellent service.
