From the staff, to the food and the atmosphere everything about this place is awesome. My friend and I stupidly ate pinxtos earlier in the day and therefore couldn't do the tasting menu however they let us do a mini variation of the tasting menu for half the price. If any of the dishes are not to your liking they... More

This place doesn't need a trip advisor reviews. It's reputation speaks for itself but what an experience! the little touches were amazing. The taste and texture of the dishes sublime. I won't ruin the surprise by divulging anything more. If you can afford it. GO and have the tasting menu!

We have been to some of the world's best restaurants. This certainly ranks with the best. The degustazione menu is the way to go. The quality of the produce, the creativity and the food produced is as good as we have seen Staff are attentive and professional. Cost is well balanced from a value point of view

My wife thought it was boring. It's stuffy comapred to fun atmospehere at Mugaritz but every dish is just perfect. The Chef's daughter, Elena (who manages Arzak) makes the rounds and introduced herself. Definitly worthy of the rating

Excellent from start to finish. We were only able to get a lunch reservation but the menu was the same. First the waiters were fabulous. Personable, attentive & helpful. He talked us through the menu offering suggestions and his favourite dishes. Someone also suggested wine. Each dish was exceptional. All my partner & I could talk about was the food... More

I could not add any comment about the meals, the three Michelin stars say all about this restaurant. I have followed Arzak for a long time ago, for me this is the Mecca of the restaurants. I would like to have a special mention to the staff (including Jose Mari, who came to the room to ask about the meals),... More

A wonderful experience was enjoyed by both of us eating at this very special restaurant. The way the food is presented was truly beautiful and each plate that came out to us was like a piece of artwork! Elena Arzak wandered around chatting to the diners and she is indeed a very charming woman. All the staff were lovely and... More

Come here before you die. Of course, not only this is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Michelin, but it's been a 3-Michelin* restaurant for 30 years, so it's not going to let you down easily. Nevertheless I need to say that we came from little experience in high-end restaurants. So we ordered the Tasting Menu. They guide us and taught us. As I... More

Arriving at Arzak the head waiter greeted us in our own language. Our 13 year old daughter was sceptical to eat at a gourmet restaurant, but the waiter was very nice and put together a perfect menu for her. We ate the tasting menu, and every course was a masterpiece. Tasteful both for the eyes and the mouth. We will... More

We knew this would be good. The food was special and faultless. The staff were very efficient, and you hardly noticed them, yet they were very friendly. They found a great balance. This is not my favourite type of food as I find it all a bit overwhelming and fussy. But I appreciate it and the artistry that goes into the... More
