Another legendary 'must visit' Formenteran chiringuito. Really cool people run the place and legend has it that the original bar owner drove a bus all around Europe back in the hippy late 60s days before reaching this spot where it finally fell apart. Great for snacks, cool beers and mojitos. Great international crowd goes here.

Since more than 40 years Piratabus at Playa Mitgjorn is the perfect place (to be !) for a relaxed day on the beach or an incredibly romantic sunset ! They are opened from 11 am and if you are hungry just try the very tasty tapas they are offering for a reasonable price. But just try the Mojito, The best... More

From the minute the restaurant sends out a water taxi to pick you up from your expensively chartered yacht, you're in for a treat. Wading out in the turquoise water, up the well worn steps and under the shade of the netting roof to be greeted by smiling and effusive staff. It's not cheap (the fish has to be imported... More

See attached photograph - this is more of a beach hut bar that serves tapas type food on the side. The people in the photograph are sat on stools and have some table type stools in between them. In previous years the bar had bench type tables, but they seem to have been replaced by a collection of stool type... More

Lovely setting on our favourite stretch of coastline, cool bar and good tapas, homemade empanadas were a real hit. The price is very high but to be expected on the small island and at a cracking sunset location.

The location is really awesome! Just take your mojito, some nachos wait for the sunset with your friends.. This chilling time enriched by the wonder viewing is priceless! Prepare yourself for the long queue for ordering your holy mojito!

A nice place to have a mojto enjoing the sunset! The price is ok for the drink, but 7€ for some chips it's way too much! A bit disgusted by how many rude italian people and their behaviour, even I m from the same country. Anyway, forget it and relax!

Mojito is a must... for real sundowners only. The place is slow paced...chilling and still natural. One of the place to be in Formentera.
