It's a hidden local restaurant with very delicious food and a welcoming team. The starters were nice. The entrecôte was juicy and the Cordon Bleu was dreamy. Even though the area was humid, the restaurant was filled with fresh air. I will go back, for sure. Thank you... <3

I can add little to all of the positive reviews about this restaurant on TripAdvisor except to say they are all right! The food is superb, the portions huge ( think twice about ordering a starter or get one to share), the ambience and service excellent. This is not your typical tourist restaurant. It is tucked away down a little... More

We went here in September and had two courses and a bottle of wine. Nice restaurant - lovely setting and good service. Hadn't realised it was Michelin. Good quality food and reasonable.

Visited here last week as noticed Michelin sign outside the restaurant. Had mussels for starter and they were to die for. Absolutely amazing!! Prices very reasonable for the standard of food. Had steak for main, nothing fantastic, a bit fatty but for the price well worth it. All in all fab little restaurant .

Having discovered this restaurant last year and having thoroughly enjoyed a delicious meal out of season,we decided to go again this year and see if the prices and quality had changed during the busy tourist season. I'm glad to say that they haven't. We had an extremely enjoyable meal. All the dishes were beautifully cooked and presented by a very... More

We enjoyed this restaurant last year and returned again this year for several dinners. In all cases, the quality of the food, the beverages and the presentation were consistently unpretentious - simply wonderful dishes of rabbit, steak and boar. The sauces accompanying the dishes were homemade and outstanding. The environment is secluded - and we needed the quiet after a... More

Just a few meters away from the "Iglesia Del Rosel" in the center of Ciutadela this place is an old basement well preserved with a nice staff and a great cuisine. They have fresh fish and nice starters. The meat was also a great choice. I was looking for a nice place to eat, away from the tourist movement. Perfect... More

We've been to El Horno restaurant during our vacation in Menorca. The place is hidden in the historical centre of Ciutadela. We asked for a table and they said we had to wait for two minutes. After 15 minutes and no answer back, I kindly asked how long should we have to wait. The answer was "un ratito" - a... More

We have been told that this restaurant was a good one and not turistic at all. I now understand why it is not turistic. The food was way too salty, and far too much expensive for what it was... I personally was hungry when I came out of this "restaurant". Also, the power of the air conditionner was too high.... More

There is such a choice of restaurants in this city that once again we just looked in thought the window of El Horno one evening and took a chance. We weren't disappointed. The service was friendly and attentive despite the influx half way through our meal of a large number of Fiesta luminaries who clearly they wanted to look after.... More

The restaurant El Horno welcomes you every evening in a cosy setting, two steps away from the port, to enjoy a traditional Mediterranean cuisine. It offers home-made dishes with seasonal products, thanks to its exclusive collaboration with a local fishing boat. Ideally located in a quiet street of the historic centre of Ciutadella, it will offer you a tasty break slightly back from the animation of the city. A family history since 1978! In July and August, reservations are recommended (until 9:30 PM, only by phone).
