We had a delicious lunch at this small but quirky restaurant . As there were 4 of us we ordered a selection of dishes to share. Each dish was beautifully presented and cooked and brought to us in a great order to suit the complimentary...flavours. Excellent friendly and helpful serviceMore

Great service from a lovely Swiss lady! Food was totally delicious, especially the salmon pasta dish which she told me how to make! Fab pear strudel. Best meal we’ve had on the Island. Thank you.

We spotted this little place on our tribal in La Gomera and popped in to book. The owners are so welcoming and we bagged a table for A few days later. The set meal was delicious- a starter of apple and goats cheese on toast,...exquisite flavours, followed by the main show. Fish fondue- small pieces of fish prawn and mussels you dip into a boiling vegetable broth and eat with bread, potatoes and a selection of delicious sauces. Followed by a cheese board and then a dessert to share!! A fabulous evening, well worth the €30 each for the meal (at the pricier end by local standards). The Tenerife white wine we chose was also nice. And Fabienne topped it all off with a little hemp chipito ! A memorable evening with a quirky lovely hostess who made the evening sooo special!!More

Having noted that she only accepts evening bookings from the day before, I tried to blag it for the same evening and was delighted that she accepted our booking, even though we had to wait quite a bit. Delightful Swiss lady chef does everything herself,...hence only a few tables. She is beautifully eccentric and enthusiastic and so - just like her bubbly self - is her food. We bloody loved it. From the veg croquettes to the hojaldre stuffed with veg and the lovely desserts. Just wished I could have had a fondue too !More

We happened upon this place by accident, looking for a nice place for lunch in San Sebastian. We didn't have any expectations and I must say it was a WOW experience. We ordered two vegetarian dishes - a carrot quiche and one off the menu...that was recommended by the owner. After we took both desserts from the menu. I have to say everything we ate was delicious - tasty with great mix of flavors. Everything also looked great. It was definietly our best lunch on the 3-week trip around Canary Islands. I have to say that the owner of the place, who also served us meals was extremly nice and helpful. I totally recommend the bistro and I am very sorry that it us to late for us to try the tasting menus.More

It‘s all about meat fondue in this one-woman show. You can opt for different kinds of fondue (broth or oil) and also for different starters. We shared 2 starters, the apples/goat cheese anf the blood sausage in filo dough. Both were delicious! For the fondue,...we got the raw beef fillet, 10 kinds of sauces, potatoes and bread. Very good meat! After that, there is cheese and a dessert. Not cheap altogether, but worth it!More

We visited this restaurant which only has a very limited number of tables for guests. Although it was a cool evening, our allocated table was outside, under cover and well protected from any possible draft. The very polite and friendly owner / chef, Fabienne paid...excellent attention to serving us but kept a discreet distance as one would expect. The meal served was a 3-course, starter was meat rolled in a thin pastry, the main course was a Fondue (non oil based with vegetables). We were a party of 3 and ordered 2 meat (beef filet) and 1 fish ( 4 different species) fondues. Fabienne also served „hot-homemade-bread“ which was delicious. To round off the evening desert was a cookie with liquid chocolate and a tart, both served with sliced fruit. The entire meal was of an outstanding quality, not common for La Gomera, the price for 3 persons including drinks 120,-€. From a price-performance point of view, well worth it. I will definitely revisit the Agape Bistro and can highly recommend it, but be advised that due to the limited seating, pre-booking is essentialMore

The charming array of colours and the music caught my attention and once I ordered I was not disappointed. The lovely lady who served us also cooked all the food (I am in awe!). She recommended various wines and was extremely hospitable, speaking to us...in english, spanish and french!More

Food here first makes impression how beautiful it looks, but then when you try your taste buds go to heaven. My tarta was perfectly cooked, and tasted great. Bonus to perfect food was great service. People there are cheerful, really helpful and likes what they...are doing.More
