If you want something fast and simple for lunch, Conesa Entrepans is a great option. The sandwiches are a bit more substantial than the simpler entrepans you might find in a coffee shop and there is a lot of variety. Of the sandwiches I tried I liked the Catalan-something-something the best, but I never tried one I didn't like.

This is one of the oldest sandwich joints in Barcelona and both quality and prices are correct for being where they are. We've ordered a brutwurst and a catalan sausage sandwiches. Both were delicious! The service is fast and the staff is nice.

Recommended by our bike tour guide. Authentic Catalan sandwiches at a good price. Yes they were great. Triple D, guy was there so we had to try it. Tiny with little seating. Take a left out of the restaurant down the street in the left is some great gelato

Although I was a blubbering idiot trying to speak very bad Spanish, the staff here were so friendly and attentive despite being extremely busy. Food was so fresh and tasty. An added bonus in that they catered brilliantly for gluten and dairy free diners! Thank you so much.

I stayed on Placa Sant Jaume and was very happy with this convenient and affordable eating spot. Good value , easy, quick and vegetarian options. Was able to order and navigate menu easily even with my terrible Spanish language skills!

Very good sandwiches with adequate price for budget tourists in the old city. Small but with restroom. The serving was not very quick but enough. The hot sandwiches was made by order. It was really delicious than many others I tried.

Glad we tried here (after receiving a recommendation). They have a vast range of sandwiches, hot and cold, and do a good coffee too! We had a tortilla sandwich and a chicken sandwich (both hot) plus two coffees and it cost about 10 euro which I felt was very good. The bread is really fresh too, honestly is there anything... More

Try not to spread the word, but here you will find the best sandwiches in Barcelona to take away. Try the carn d'olla, or feel safe with the classic frankfurt amb mostassa (hot dog). And keep silent about this treasure!
