La Llesca was one of the highlights of our trip to Barcelona. After two disappointing dining experiences, we tried La Llesca one evening since it was close to our Airbnb around the corner from Sagrada Familia. IT WAS GREAT!!!! The staff, Raul and Jensi were very helpful and made sure we completely understood the all-spanish menu. The fact that the... More

Avenue de Gaudimis heaving with cafes, but this little place was so good we ate here twice. The menu is authentic Spamish. The wait staff speak little English, but are really helpful. The wine was good and cheap. What more do you need?

The menu had no English descriptions, but both waiters were very happy and able to explain the dishes and also to make recommendations. The food was good as was the atmosphere (although it was a little quiet - the locals eat very late and we didn't manage to acclimatise). We both had lamb shoulder, which was delicious although fatty -... More

This was based on trip advisor searches and in the main this was pretty consistent with what was provided. The waiters were attentive & helpful. We went for the set menu for 2 which with sangria came to €40 which was reasonable. The starters we had were iberico ham salad- the ham was excellent, the salad a little watery; the... More

Excellent value for money; three courses and wine for less than 15 Euros a head. The atmospheric taverna is a bit off the beaten track but we had just been to the Parc Gaudi so found it relatively easily. Well worth seeking out.

I would not write a book about it, but I will go for a review. Service was good, food was average, pricing was fair. Overall, average with a small +

We went to this place because it is near the Sagrada Familia and were impressed with the Tripadvisor reviews. In the end, we were disappointed with the quality of the daily menu, but maybe it was to be expected for 10 EUR (drink, bread, starter, main and dessert). My daughter and I couldn't believe that our small chocolate cake for... More

We were three people and ordered the menu. The waiter was helpful to explain some spanish words we did not understand in the menu. But only because there is no english menu does not mean that this is no touristic place. At first place I ordered a glas of wine and he recommended a small bottle. The wine was ok,... More
