On recommendation we visited this family owned bodega not far from Placa Espanya. Traditional and a little "old fashioned" in style, but a good expereince borh on food and wine recommendations. Informal and friendly.

A local good restaurant close to the arenas with a very acceptable price range and a good quality of the presented dishes.

If you are looking for a place to taste some typical tapas in a comfortable and clean atmosphere, comfortably sit and gently served, this is the right place. Also the price are not more expensive than in a standard tapas bar. Indeed, they have a variate offer of other courses and all I eat was good, but whereas the first... More

We came in late on a Friday night with a group of colleagues and wanted a bit of everything. We started with ordering a large variety of starters and a t-bone stake of 750grams fr the table along with some drinks. All dishes were tasty - interesting addition to mussels was anis seeds. Would go back.

This place is totally worth a visit. This is our 3rd day in Barcelona with a very active 2yr old and it is the first time we actually felt at home and comfortable in a restaurant while being here. From the minute we entered, we felt very welcome and well attended to. We ordered Tapas - the spicy potatoes, shrimp,... More

What a great place for lunch! The staff is friendly and professional. The service is excellent, as well as the drinks and food. We took different tapas, like patatas bravas Monumental (taste the garlic!), bomba Barcelonet, chorizo, croquetas jamon and queso, calamaris and the tomato bread. This restaurant is more than worth it!

So I have got to bodega after some recommendations from few people around Barcelona. The initial reaction was great, nice little Place with friendly people. Good Wine selection and not that pricey between €15-20 a bottle. Unfortunately things got worse when food arrived, albeit I can only speak for selection of tapas I had. Prawns had poop pipes still inside... More

Proud of their origins and heritage, this place revisits the tapas classics, peppers it with good service and a welcoming, light and airy saloon. One of those places you step in and feel good straight in. Good huevos rotos, good jamon and spectacular patatas bravas. Prices are standard, so a good chioce if around the area

I had dinner here and the only word that comes to mind is "superb". Instead of ordering from the menu I asked the staff to surprise me and they suggested the salad with goat cheese for starters and it has to be the best salad I've had in years. Then I was suggested to try the "solomillo" beef paired with... More

We went here at the recommendation of the hotel. It was very nice and romantic and the food was good and very reasonably priced. We had goats cheese salad and ravioli was nice but a bit bland .Nice atmosphere but you could visit other places for food .
