We were very positive surprised when we entered the restaurant. It was a huge restaurant which we did not expected. The services was excelent and they had a great selection of food, local specialities. We can only recommend that you should visit this restaurant when you are in Barcelona

Our favourite restaurant during our stay. Discovered by chance we moved from the bar area into the restaurant. Serving Catalan food the waitress was an advocate for the menu and culture and introduced us to tomato bread and alioli- both which were amazing. Very reasonably priced we had a three course meal with alcohol for only €40 for two adults.... More

Chose restaurant as close to our hotel (lots of walking during the day) but pleasantly surprised. Lovely decor, friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended wine was good and food was excellent. Very reasonably priced for such high quality.

Came here for dinner on our first night in Barcelona, was delightfully surprised by the quality of the food and service. Very nice atmosphere for dining, food and wine are good and at good value.

Having returned from a break in Barcelona we visited this restaurant on two occasions. The menu is mainly based around griddled dishes, and we tried pork lamb and tuna on our visits. All were cooked to perfection and were good value for money, starter and main with wine and change from 50 euros.

I went with a friend on holiday, looked good. All was well until we requested English menus. The waiter who served us clearly didn't speak good English, and got my order incorrect as I ordered meatballs. He translated it in his head and obviously wrote down beef medallions. When it arrived, I pointed out it was wrong and he said... More

My husband and I visited the restaurant on our last evening in Barcelona in September 2016. Originally, we wanted to visit the Mussol restaurant at Placa Espanya located on Centre Arena's top floor terrace but we found Mussol Arago by accident during our walk on Passeig de Gracia. The restaurant is very modern with a cozy atmosphere. We had an... More

Ordered the special. Instead they gave me something that cost double including the orange juice. Avoid at all costs.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
