Excellent food and comprehensive choice of dishes. However we were not able to enjoy the meal as deserved. I got this impression the five times I have been in this restaurant. Nice belle époque decoration, but material on walls and ceiling enhance the reverberation (echo) of the noise, and people speaking. Terribly stressful. It is a real pity. Apart from... More

La Lluna is just off a long shop-laden street and we were looking for something more than fast food. This fit the bill perfectly, with a reasonable two or three-course lunch that makes you wonder why you don't live in Barcelona and eat out every day!

Really happy to find this place, as I often struggle to find gluten free food when abroad. It didn't disappoint. We went during a busy lunchtime, but the service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. We also had a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival. I had the goats cheese starter, and the duck for main. Both... More

The food was delicious and the service was friendly. One of the waiters had worked in New Zealand in our home town. The food on the 3 course set menu for 16 euros was tasty and well-presented and the free glass of cava was a welcome bonus. I liked the dining room, previously part of an old palace but what... WONDERFUL food- strongly recommend the Chicken Catala. We were two couples and tried the evening menu- 16.50 euros for three course meal! We ordered different things, all four fantastic. Great ambiance and excellent service.

It's our third day in Barcelona and we've been to many 4-5 stars recommended restaurants but we're disappointed time after time. The food was not more than ok and the service was usually bad. This place was a nice surprise. The food was delicious with many interesting flavors, there service was good and caring and the prices were reasonable.
