It was our first dinner in Barcelona, what a marvel, service, food and great atmosphere. The Catalan cream, a delight, highly recommended

We went here with friends for a late night dinner and we got a nice surprise. The place had a nice ambience and the service (and wine tasting) was good. Huge portions of food in rustic cellar lime surroundings. Worth a visit.

Our tour guide Luis (fabulous Monserrat guide) recommend this place. It's a bit out of the way but worth it. Our host Ismael (Basque by way of Argentina) was very kind and patient with us. Great food, my son enjoyed the rabbit and I loved...More

Not sure if it's the worst or second worst restaurant in Barcelona that I've been to and I eat out a lot. I read the good reviews of the other users and I think they must have absolutely no idea what good food tastes like....More

Make sure you reserve a table weeks before as this restaurant is by appointment only. Good local delicacies. Nice atmosphere to enjoy with good friends. Let the waiters help you decide what to eat. Excellent home made desserts.

We were recommended this place by a local - and we were not disappointed. Recommend booking - it fills quickly with locals. It's not at all touristy, so be prepared for something a bit different and fun. Huge barrels of local wine adorn the walls...More

Great restaurant. Nice food, particularly loved the pimientos. Decent, cheap lucal wines, good service and decent prices. You even get free wine whilst your waiting for your table. It's slightly off the beaten track but worth a visit.

This place is an experience in itself. As you walk into the building there is a certain sense of stepping back in time. A vast bodega, lit by candles and full of barrels. Once greeted by the staff we were invited to help ourselves to...More

Dined on a week night a half hour after opening to ensure we (me and husband) got a seat. Restaurant was near empty but was close to full by 10pm. Lovely touch of tasting of house wines from the barrels upon arrival. We ordered too...More

I started with the "happy" snails, which are not that good. However, for the main dish - rabbit, it was amazing. It comes in a large portion and is the best rabbit I have ever had. The pudding for dessert was great too. You also...More
