As a local maybe I’m guilty of taking the Mow for granted. I’ve never had a bad meal, the food is also amazing, the staff are so lovely and Elliot the manager is a top man. Perfect for couples, families or friends, with views across...the Green to enjoy, the Mow is easily the best place around. Strongly recommend.More

We enjoyed fantastic food & drinks after an evening walk in WGP illuminations. Staff were polite and helpful. Food was excellent including moules, beetroot & mushroom starters followed by coq-au-vin, salmon fillet, Friday fish & chips, steak & ale pie. Good beer & wines. Overall,...a very enjoyable night. This is our first visit for several years, much impressed and will definitely return. Well done to the team.More

Comfortable friendly pub with a great atmosphere and easy to have a leisurely meal with friends. Menu has some great combinations flavour wise which is great to taste. An upmarket friendly bar in a village location overlooking the green

We went here for Sunday lunch with our two children and two friends. The food as usual was excellent, and the service was first class. We asked for our daughters food to come out first and the waitress could not have been more helpful.

I had Steak Frites with the House Slaw. Mrs C had the slow cooked Boeuf Bourguignon. Followed by a fruit tart. (which we shared) Fabulously cooked and very scrumptious food. All the staff were top notch in their individual welcoming friendly way with excellent service.

This is a bistro pub in a lovely setting on englefield green, the food was nice but not outstanding, it is expensive for what you get. Staff were friendly and helpful but I’m not sure we would go again.More
