Not much choice around the hotel but this was the first we came to and it was delicious. I had the goat cheese salad others in our group had pizza and lasagne all were delicious.
Barrio de Salamanca
Broad, tree-lined avenues with pretty streetlights frame the neighbourhood of Barrio Salamanca. With beautiful condominium buildings that make up most blocks in this area, this part of town is refined and quiet. It is also host to a few of the city's large shopping avenues, including Calle Serrano and Calle Jose Ortega y Gasset. A walk down these streets will reveal upscale chains, small boutiques, and plenty of
opportunities for shopping or checking out the stylish displays. The locals here are polished and fashionable, the atmosphere is leisurely, and the lush Retiro Park on the southern border is yet another opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. A stroll through Barrio Salamanca is all about admiring the beautiful architecture, window-shopping, and people-watching in this upper-crust corner of Madrid.

Since 2001, Pizza Marzano has established an excellent reputation for fantastic Italian food, including thin crust Italian pizzas, freshly cooked to order, pastas and salads. Pizza Marzano chefs always use genuine mozzarella cheese and authentic Italian Parmesan cheese, as well as the best olive oil, and the tomatoes for our famous pizza sauce are specially selected from Italy's seasonal harvests. The pizza dough is produced daily in Pizza Marzano's own bakery and distributed, along with other ingredients, to all the restaurants. Each restaurant is committed to sourcing fresh produce locally. To complement your meals, Italy's most popular Peroni beers and its most popular coffee are available, together with a delicious selection of Italian ice cream and the best olives and anchovies from Spain. There is also an extensive wine list with the best selections from Italy, Spain and France.
