Such a great environment, excellent menu choices and very helpful attentive staff. The truffle risotto and the suckling pig were highlights. Highly recommended!

I went to Ten con ten today right after landing from London. I was with my wife and my 6 years old daughter. From the start we were well received , the place is nice and the service is near perfect. We ordered a sharing plate of octopus that was delicious followed bu two main dishes. For my daughter i... More

We stopped by around 1am to have a nightcap and the place was busy and full of patrons having their cocktails around the well located bar either standing or in their tables. You see a lot of movement and I think next time we will try their restaurant that offers fine dining. If your a thirsty a must stop in... More

As I go through life and restaurants, I realise that, quite simply, I just want to eat good food, served in a friendly and efficient manner in stylish surroundings and with a well priced wine list. All done well and served to a busy happy room. This place does just that. We were in Madrid for two nights and are... More

Had dinner here last night (Monday) the restaurant was packed when we arrived around 20.30 and was still going strong when we left around 00.30. The food was excellent. Everything we tried from the starter dishes through to the mains were so flavoursome and well presented. The complimentary Gazpacho was as good as any I have had in Madrid. A... More

Great place to have a nice meal or enjoy a drink. I sat at the bar to have dinner and a couple of drinks. The food was very enjoyable in a fun atmosphere.

I have to say the food was really excellent but you definitely pay the price for it as it's pretty expensive. I had seafood pasta which was awesome and the duck rolls and ceviche were lovely. However we waited an hour for a table that we had reserved and the staff were very unfriendly. Unless you're a regular, it seems... More

Mind you, this is not New England. Madrid has countless great restaurants. Being among the best is no easy achievement. This was a business lunch (unlike in the U.S., one or two glasses are in order). We were lead into a less noisy wing of the restaurant. The service is top-class, the food absolutely outstanding. Here are some of the... More

The food in this place is incredible and the service is even better. As someone with gluten allergies I can definitely recommend it because they will cater to your needs. Had an incredible octopus . Must go!

Staying in Barrio de Salamanca

Neighbourhood Profile
Barrio de Salamanca
Broad, tree-lined avenues with pretty streetlights frame the neighbourhood of Barrio Salamanca. With beautiful condominium buildings that make up most blocks in this area, this part of town is refined and quiet. It is also host to a few of the city's large shopping avenues, including Calle Serrano and Calle Jose Ortega y Gasset. A walk down these streets will reveal upscale chains, small boutiques, and plenty of opportunities for shopping or checking out the stylish displays. The locals here are polished and fashionable, the atmosphere is leisurely, and the lush Retiro Park on the southern border is yet another opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. A stroll through Barrio Salamanca is all about admiring the beautiful architecture, window-shopping, and people-watching in this upper-crust corner of Madrid.
