Tanto esta Trucha como la de Nuñez de Arce han cerrado. Vamos a echar de menos a todos los Amigos que trabajaban aqui, Juan Jose, Antonio, Pablo, Miguel Angel y todos los demas. Both Truchas in Madrid are now closed. The crisis and the changes...More

Spain is famous for tapas for a good reason and La Trucha is one good example. On a busy night one would be squisjed between people and scream the orders to the waiter. The waiter amazingly remembers all you order and inspite of the mayhem...More

The location on a side street makes this a very charming location to enjoy dinner sitting outside. Seemed to also not be very touristy, which we like when we travel internationally. The service was very good and the food was exceptional. Every dish were ordered...More

This is a good stop for a tapa crawl. We haven't had a "meal" here, just tapas, but our friends who live in Madrid say meals are awesome as well. Try to stand near the bar to watch the people and the staff, good entertainment.

A place to definitely go to for the food. Service is good but nothing exceptional, and the atmosphere isn't much to be noted. However the food is just top notch. Try the huevos rotos con jamon, they are just divine, as well as the pollo...More

neighbourhood is committed to celebrating its rich
heritage: Calle Huertas itself is inlaid with quotes
from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to
them, and second-hand bookshops pervade. Huertas
receives a fair amount of spillover from the center —
